Norfolk Holiday Homes and Holiday Cottages

Norfolk Hideaways are very helpful. Emma supplied me with all the information I needed and their local knowledge means the descriptions of the cottages are very detailed. This is very important when booking for a party which will have 3 cars, in an area where parking can be a challenge. They are my first choice for Norfolk properties.

Have used Booking.com and recently had a cancellation by host holiday property but was resolved completely to our satisfaction. This latest booking is for a family holiday next year, but slightly confused who we are dealing with, booking process has so far been excellent, although the number of Emails has been overwhelming.

The booking process was straight forward. The website was user friendly. There were plenty of photos of the cottage, it would have been more helpful if the images had been labelled with the room, eg bedrrom downstairs or upstairs.

Able to answer all my questions which felt very reassuring. Helped me make an informed decision. Allowed me 24 hours to think about my choice.

Easy to book. Staff at Norfolk Hideaways always helpful if you have a query. Accommodation exactly as described.

Easy to work through booking process. I also used the chat line to clarify something which was very quick and effiiecent.

The photos, descriptions were very clear. The booking process was easy. It was pleasant that there were no hidden charges; the first price quoted was what we paid.

We tried to book Avocet Lodge on line. had lots of problems so we phoned the office, Emma was very polite kind and helpful. thank you for your help and being patient. Well done. David and Anita.

Good. Too much information of all persons attending made the booking a bit tedious.

Katie phoned me to say our cottage had been sold and we had to re arrange our holiday a week before departure! She was very professional and was on the case straight away finding us alternative properties! We found one and even though it was more expensive she helped us out with the difference!
