The Property

This charming estate cottage dates back over 200 years. Nestled in the heart of the stunning Wolterton Hall estate, Keepers Cottage is a truly magical property. The quirky interior has been beautifully thought out and is a fun mix of the modern and traditional.

Sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms, the spacious cottage has three reception rooms, a stunning beamed sitting room, dining room with wood burning stove and snug/TV room with an open fire.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm and there is a utility room and downstairs loo.

The four bedrooms are super flexible. The downstairs bedroom has French doors out to the garden and an en suite shower room.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms features zip and link beds that can be either a super king for couples or twin single beds, with an additional single bed. A super flexible room that could work for children or for a family.
There is further single bedroom and a lovely double room with a king size bed.

The first of the two bathrooms upstairs has a super walk-in shower enclosure and a bath with WC and sink. The second has a bath, WC & sink.

Keepers Cottage has a magical charm and guests will be assured of a very special, relaxing holiday in a unique setting; with extra luxurious touches like a welcome hamper from Bread Source and lovely complementary toiletries from Norfolk Natural Living.

Outside

The extensive gardens extend to two acres and are completely enclosed with fencing and therefore dogs and children can explore without fear of them running off.
There is a large pond within the boundary of the fencing, so care will need to be taken with smaller children or four legged family members that are keen on swimming!

The garden is a haven for wildlife and because you are so far from any roads or noise pollution, you will be able to sit in the garden and listen to the birds in total peace.

There is a large gravelled parking area, inside the gate, with parking for several cars.
