The Cottage

Pretty Knyvetts dates back to the early Georgian period and the original part of the cottage is bursting with original features. The new owners of the cottage have recently completed an extensive programme of works to refurbish and extend the original cottage to create a luxurious home, sleeping up to six guests in three double bedrooms, which seamlessly combines the charm of a traditional cottage with the benefits of modern living. There is a wonderful open plan kitchen diner, opening out to the patio and enclosed rear garden; three bedrooms and three newly fitted bathrooms, a super cosy sitting room with wood burning stove in the original inglenook and parking to the rear.

All this, superbly located in the popular village of North Creake, boasting a great village pub and just a couple of miles from Burnham Market and within easy striking distance of the sandy beaches at Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster.

This lovely cottage has everything you could need to create wonderful memories of holidays in North Norfolk. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped for keen cooks, with a round table seating six for super sociable dining. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one en suite and a wonderful family bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and separate shower enclosure. To the front of the cottage the original, cosy sitting room has been elegantly preserved, with comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around the wood burning stove with a wall hung smart TV above.

Up the Norfolk winder stairs, you will find the principal bedroom. This lovely room features exposed beams and has a lovely en suite shower room.

Outside

Stepping out through the bi-fold doors you will find a generous patio, with garden furniture and a large gas BBQ, to make the best of balmy evenings. Up a few steps is a lawned area, leading to the private, off street parking to the rear.
