Number 10 has so much to offer, it's hard to know where to start! This modern house is ideally located in the heart of Old Hunstanton, just five minutes walk to the beach or to the pub and close to the famous golf club. It's super convenient for all that North Norfolk has to offer; that is assuming you can tear yourself away from the house and the garden. Number 10 has been recently restyled to create a wonderfully chic four bedroom home, with a fabulous open plan living space, a bedroom and shower room downstairs and three further bedrooms upstairs. The large garden stretches out to the rear of the house with a raised deck, BBQ area, stunning Summer House, trampoline, play area and large lawn.
On entering the house you are immediately struck by the open plan living area, the clever use of space means the sitting room, dining and kitchen areas are all separate and yet flow together in this large space. The whole room looks out to the lovely garden beyond with access out from the dining area. The sitting room has large comfy sofas and a large smart TV with SONOS sound bar and the large dining table comfortably seats eight. The spacious modern kitchen has it's own breakfast bar, is super well equipped and features (amongst other things) a fantastic range oven with a six ring gas hob, American style fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher and the large utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also downstairs is a charming king size bedroom with smart TV and adjacent to this a shower room with wonderful large walk-in shower.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms arranged off the landing. The principal bedroom has a super king size bed and looks out over the garden to the sea beyond; with comfy chairs, chest of drawers & storage. There is a smart TV in this room too, for the mornings when getting up early seems like too much bother on holiday. Across the hallway is another bedroom with a super king size bed, sofa and wardrobes. The final bedroom is a single room adorned with pretty beach hut wallpaper. All the bedrooms at Number 10 have very distinct and very elegant styling, making each one a unique refuge from the hustle and bustle of holiday life. The family bathroom is shared by the bedrooms upstairs and has a bath with shower over and even a low level 'tots' toilet next to its grown up accomplice.
Outside
There is a gravelled parking area to the front of the house for up to three vehicles.
The garden at Number 10 is undoubtedly one of its outstanding features. The large lawned garden extends away from the rear of the house. There is a raised terrace immediately outside the living space with steps leading down to the grass. There is a BBQ patio area with a large table and chairs for al fresco dining, a trampoline and even a 'goal' net for practice kicks and a children's swing and slide set; in fact pretty much all you need to keep guests old and young occupied on a sunny day. For those looking to be outside but escape the sun, there is a very smart Summer House at the bottom of the garden, with a covered veranda and lounge chairs and a comfortable sofa inside (even a work desk if you need to hide there to catch up on emails).
Old Hunstanton is just a couple of miles from Hunstanton proper, with charming beach huts tucked in the sandy dunes. It has an ‘old fashioned’ air to it, with many attractive cottages and an 18th century lighthouse which you can hire as a holiday home. There’s an excellent golf club and the beach is popular with sun seekers and kite surfers alike, who are amazing to watch as they can reach speeds of up to 20mph.
The Lodge Hotel is an attractive venue for all ages, is dog friendly, and does great pizza, while the equally dog friendly Old Town Beach Café is everything you’d hope for, with strong mugs of tea and large cakes.
The Neptune restaurant (and it has four rooms) is a real treat. It’s been run by Kevin and Jacki Mangeolles since 2007 and they’ve had a Michelin Star since 2009 – what an achievement! Expect locally landed lobster, fish, plus Norfolk pork and plenty of game. The village also has a couple of other hotels, plus a shop and an arts centre with a gallery.
Number 10 is situated in the heart of the village but on a quiet residential road. You can see over to the coastline from the upstairs bedroom and the beach and all the amenities are just 5 mins walk away.
Distance to Beach: 5 mins walk Distance to Shop: 5 mins walk Distance to Supermarket: 5 min drive to Tesco at Hunstanton Distance to Golf Course: 10 min walk or 2 min drive

Number Ten is our favourite holiday home by far. It is beautiful inside and out. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and is a great space to cook in. We especially appreciate how baby friendly the home and garden is. Location is perfect too - 5 minute walk to the beach!

A truly wonderful property that worked for the whole family - young family with 15 month old baby, and four grandparents. The property actually feels much larger than the images portray. The open plan downstairs was perfect for our Christmas vacation and meant everyone was involved in the goings on. Lots of lovely attention to detail for children - small table and chairs, books, baby gates, travel cot, non slip bath mats, a high chair and trip trap seat. The trampoline and garden play set was a big hit even for a December stay. The kitchen is so well equipped and the separate utility space is brilliant for storing items and food. The decor throughout was lovely. Each bedroom is very well designed and had extremely comfortable beds. Couldn’t have been happier and would love to book again in the spring. The house really is only 5 minutes from the beach!
