The CottageRiver Cottage is a pretty brick & flint three bedroom, two bathroom cottage, with a wooden clad extension and ultra stylish interior, field views from the upstairs bedrooms and bifold doors opening out to the garden leading down to the river. The cottage is situated in Letheringsett, which is a pretty rural village, just outside Holt and a short drive to the popular coastal villages of Cley and Blakeney.
Arriving through the side door, you are welcomed into the luxurious open plan living space with the kitchen, dining area and sitting room. This fabulous room is flooded with light with bifold doors overlooking the rear garden. The beautiful well equipped kitchen has a central island unit and plenty of space for cooking and chatting. There is a dining table and eight chairs in the centre and the sitting room at the far end has a wood burning stove, comfortable sofas and chairs and a spectacular view of the garden and fields, which can be completely opened out during the warmer summer months. The garden leads down to the river at the bottom and fields beyond.
The utility room leads off the sitting room, to the right of the side door with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink.
Downstairs, beyond the kitchen off the central entrance hall, is a king size bedroom and a fabulous bathroom with walk in shower, hand wash basin and loo.
Upstairs are two bedrooms off the landing. The first has a king size bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers and views across the fields. The second bedroom offers twin beds with a view overlooking the rear garden and fields. Both bedrooms offer the height of luxury for your stay. The family bathroom has a roll top bath, conveniently placed by the window with views of the garden, a hand wash basin and loo.
OutsideThe bifold doors open up completely onto the paved area with a garden table, benches and chairs, with plenty of space for you to eat outside and enjoy the views and peaceful countryside. The gardens leads down to the river at the end of the garden, which can be crossed, with access to fabulous walks from your doorstep
**For anyone with small children please do be aware that the garden is not enclosed and there is access to the river**.
There is parking for two or three cars on the gravel drive to the side of the cottage.
