The Cottage

Samphire House is a pretty detached brick three bedroom modern cottage, with a fresh and contemporary feel and a wonderful garden to the rear overlooking the fields.

The cottage is approached via a pathway and on entering, the front door leads into the main hallway, with the kitchen diner on the right, the sitting room on the left and a downstairs loo straight ahead.

The kitchen dining room has a range of wall and base units, two fan ovens, an induction hob with extractor hood, a microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and under counter fridge freezer. The dining area has a table has five chairs with French doors leading out to the garden.
The sitting room is welcoming and cosy with two sofas, two arm chairs, a coffee table, smart television, DVD player and bluetooth speaker, and is ideal for an evening of relaxing, games or reading a book. There is also a downstairs loo.

On the first floor the three bedrooms lead off a central landing.

The principal bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite with walk in shower, wash basin and loo.
The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers
The third bedroom at the rear of the cottage has a single bed, bedside table, tall chest of drawers and a wardrobe with views over the surrounding fields.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over bath, wash basin and loo.

Outside

The generous sized south facing garden at the rear is laid to patio and gravel and is fully enclosed with wonderful views overlooking the fields beyond. There is a round garden table with five chairs, a parasol and a bench, perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining.

There is parking for two cars on the driveway in front of the garage.
