The Property

"Sarah's" is a stunning two-bedroom interior designed apartment situated in the heart of the Georgian market town of Holt. The property has undergone a complete programme of refurbishment to create a luxurious two bedroom living space. The house has been beautifully styled by a highly regarded local interior designer and the quality of finishings and furnishings are exemplary throughout. The apartment features a stunning and very elegant sitting room, with wood panelling and an eclectic mix of beautiful furniture, which creates a cosy elegant space to relax and enjoy time together.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and the perfect combination of old and new, with a selection of carefully chosen vintage crockery, glassware and cutlery, which provides the perfect space to prepare breakfast or a delicious dinner, if you are not dining out in Holt or on the coast. A small kitchen table is perfect for taking your breakfast and there is a larger dining table at one end of the sitting room for dinner.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms arranged off the hallway with wooden floors and rugs. The principal bedroom has a beautiful bespoke king size four poster bed with complimentary antique furniture. The second bedroom is equally spacious and offers twin beds that can be zipped together to create a super king if you prefer.

Off the landing is a luxurious and chic shared family shower room with a large walk-in shower and beautiful Fired Earth tiles.

Outside

Sarah's is a private second floor apartment in a Georgian building, there is one other apartment beneath (where Sarah herself resides) and a shared entrance for both apartments leading up from the street.

Although there is no parking on site (due to Sarah's excellent central location) there is a loading/unloading zone right outside the door, ample 1 hour street parking and some free all day spaces (Sarah has written a comprehensive parking guide complete with accompanying map which she will forward on booking)
