Approached from a quiet country lane and surrounded by farmland in rural north Norfolk, you may be able to spot deer and birds of prey while sipping a sundowner on your patio.

Cromer with its famous pier and golden sands is a short drive away as well as many other beautiful beaches on north Norfolk’s diverse coastline. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall are also close by. After a long distance walk on the Weavers Way or Norfolk Coastal Path why not treat yourself at the popular local pub or the renowned Gunton Arms.

There is parking for two cars to the front of the property and a charming fully enclosed patio garden with outside dining furniture to the side with an additional patio to the front, accessed via the open plan living space with a garden bench to sit and soak up the view.
