The Cottage

Storm Cottage is a charming brick and flint cottage situated in the sought after village of Langham, just one mile inland from the coast at Morston and two miles from Blakeney. This elegantly presented cottage is beautifully spacious with a newly fitted large kitchen and dining room at the heart of the house, well equipped for keen cooks. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining on cooler evenings or equally for sitting with the paper if someone else is bustling in the kitchen preparing lunch. Onwards from here is the smart sitting room with an open fire and comfy sofas and a large window looking out over the garden; and there is a further South Facing garden room leading out to the dining patio and pretty cottage garden beyond. Also downstairs is the utility room and downstairs loo with a door out to the garden beyond.

There are three well proportioned double bedrooms upstairs, approached via the galleried landing and central hallway. The principal bedroom looks out over the garden, with a super kingslze bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom two has dual aspect windows and can be arranged either as a twin room or the beds can be zipped together to offer a further super kingsize double bed if preferred. Bedroom three has pretty twin beds and looks out over the side of the cottage. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

The cottage is thoughtfully furnished and presented with great care and attention to detail. Storm Cottage truly feels like a home away from home and exudes charm and character throughout.

Outside

The South facing garden at Storm Cottage is a delight, with a large dining patio, outside furniture including a garden bench and two snazzy recliners. There is a well kept lawn and mature planting in the borders, creating a charming cottage garden, a riot of colour in the Summer.

There is ample parking for two to three cars to the front of the cottage in front of the gate leading to the garden or in front of the main door.
