The Tap Room is located at the top of the High Street in the centre of Blakeney, ideally located to enjoy all that this super popular village has to offer. Just a short stroll down the picturesque street, passed the charming village deli, brings you to the quayside with its collection of boats moored, children crabbing off the side and in the summer hoots from the brave souls mud-sliding on the opposite bank.
There are numerous lovely places to eat and drink in Blakeney, all within easy walking distance of The Tap Room. You can choose from cosy pubs, smart restaurants, cafes, bistros and bakeries.
For those essential supplies and tasty nibbles you can visit the deli on the High Street or the fantastic village stores on Westgate Street.
There are a number of charming independent shops and galleries to satisfy the retail therapy urge and direct access to fabulous walks along the coastal path in both directions and out to the famous Blakeney Point. If you fancy a spot of seal watching you can buy your tickets on the quay for a boat trip out to the seal colonies at the point.
Blakeney is ideally located to explore all that the North Norfolk coastline has to offer, with the lovely Georgian market town of Hotl just a few miles inland and pretty coastal villages of Cley-next-the-Sea, Salthouse & Weybourne to explore to the East on the way to Sheringham. To the West along the coast road to Wells-next-the-Sea is Morston and Stiffkey.
