The Cottage

Victoria Cottage is a pretty brick and flint cottage situated in the beautiful village of Lower Southrepps, just a short drive from the North Norfolk coastline. Perfect for a family, friends or couples looking for a relaxing getaway, this cottage will allow you to feel at home as soon as you step through the door. There are two excellent pubs and a local village shop within walking distance, as well as many countryside walks.

On entering the cottage you are welcomed into a beautifully furnished open plan living space with a sitting room, comfortable sofas and wood burning stove, separate dining area with a round table and chairs and well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a butler sink. The space is bright and airy and has been recently renovated, whilst still retaining the original features. The perfect cottage for winding down after a long walk and cosying up on the sofa with a good book. The stylish bathroom on the ground floor is fully tiled with a wash hand basin, loo and walk in shower.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom is light and spacious with a king size bed, storage space and looks out to the front of the property. The other two bedrooms both have single beds and storage space.

Outside

The cottage is set back off a quiet road and with a gravel driveway for two cars.

The rear garden is accessed via the rear porch which takes you out to a decked area with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. There is also a table and four chairs for al fresco dining and a fully enclosed lawned area at ground level and up some steps to a larger garden.
