We had a wonderful stay at Daisy's Place and would highly recommend to other visitors. It was clean modern and had everything we needed. We loved the location and were able to get to everywhere we needed quite quickly. We loved the fact that The Ostrich pub was literally 2 doors down which served the most amazing food. We would highly recommend this rental.

Everything about the cottage at Daisy’s place and the village of South Create was just perfect for us (a couple staying for a week). Cottage extended, refurbished and by the look of it just redecorated in contemporary style. High end fittings and fixtures. Excellent pub just a few doors along with good restaurant and easy access to all the lovely north Norfolk coast and countryside. We’d be very happy to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Daisy's cottage. The interior is beautifully decorated and it is pristine. Bedding are soft and comfortable and you will find everything you need for a few days break. The pub next door is a great added bonus if you don't feel like cooking. We would definitely come back!

Our first trip to Norfolk! Daisy’s Place is lovely and immaculately looked after. Lots of charm with every modern appliance you’d need. It is really tastefully decorated and the linen and bedrooms are lovely. Big Skies were great, easy to contact and on hand to resolve any questions etc..

"Beautiful, very comfortable cottage. The kitchen is really well equipped and the living room is incredibly cozy. The host was really helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay"
South Creake is an extremely popular coastal village, tucked into the valley of the little river Burn with a village green beside the river, which flows into Burnham Overy Town and Burnham Overy Staithe. The village is scattered with Norfolk's typical brick and flint cottages and the perfect spot to put on your wellies and head out for a long walk, before a visit to the traditional Ostrich Inn, which is the hub of the village and just a few steps away.
Creake Abbey, just a five minute drive away, holds an excellent farmer's market the first Saturday of each month, with over 50 stalls offering fresh local produce, a popular cafe and delicatessen, an excellent hairdressers, gallery, antiques and a number of inviting shops.
The large mediaeval church of Our Lady St Mary, loved by Sir John Betjeman among others, is a sign of the earlier wealth and size of the village. The church was largely re-built in the 15th century and features a stunning angel roof restored in the 1950’s.
Distance to Beach: 6.5 miles (12 minutes) Distance to Pub: 1 minute walk Distance to Creake Abbey: 2.6 miles (7 minutes) Distance to Supermarket (Fakenham): 6 miles (12 minutes) Distance to Burnham Market: 4.5 miles (9 minutes)
