The Tent

Quite unlike anywhere you will have stayed before, the stunning safari tents at Westgate Farm offer a wonderful luxury glamping experience in a beautiful meadow setting. With just two tents on site, this is a truly unique opportunity to enjoy a taste of safari living in blissful tranquillity.

Foxley Lodge offers a comfortable, fun and inviting living area, complete with large sofas for relaxation, a well-appointed handmade kitchen for cooking, a wood burner for warmth, and a spacious dining table for sharing delicious meals on.

It's a wonderful setting for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

A fun area encompassing two king-size beds and a double cabin bed. The inclusion of a double cabin bed, ideal for children, is great as it provides them their own designated space within the family room. This setup allows everyone to have their own sleeping area while still being together in one room.

Discover true relaxation with a unique open-air bathroom. Imagine a luxurious bathroom with a difference, where you can soak in a bubble bath whilst taking in the fresh air and listening to the sounds of nature. With an open-air bathroom, you can experience complete relaxation and ultimate luxury in a stunning, natural setting. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. It's designed to give you a refreshing and indulgent showering experience while surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air.

Tucked away in a serene and peaceful meadow, these glamping tents offer a unique outdoor experience surrounded by picturesque wild grasses and colourful flowers. With uninterrupted views of the surrounding fields, you can witness breathtaking sunsets from the terrace of your tent or watch the combines cutting in the golden summer months.

Get ready to witness nature in all its glory, from graceful deer and alluring owls to marsh harriers and hares boxing in the meadow. The fire pit is an added luxury feature to cook up a delicious meal under the star-lit sky, or simply enjoy the warmth of the fire.

Location

The Location

Little Walsingham is a magical place and definitely worth spending some time in. It has attracted pilgrims to its Anglian Shrine since the 11th century, the Abbey ruins are magnificent and there are many medieval half-timbered buildings that line the main street. Michaels mother has long be the fountain of knowledge when it comes to the history and architecture of the village and has been running tours since Michael was small.

There are two pubs to choose from, a smattering of cafes, including the quirky Read and Digest Tearoom , OBRENNANS Coffee House and Cafe and a very good farm shop, Walsingham Farms Shop. A walk around the village and you could well feel like you’re in a film set!

The Wells and Walsingham Light Railway is a 10¼” gauge miniature railway running between Wells-next-the-Sea and Walsingham. Trains run daily between March and October, with additional services over the Christmas holiday and February half term.
