The Property

Meadow View is a beautiful detached house, overlooking fields, in the rural village of Paston and just a short drive to the beach. This impressive family home has been stylishly designed, built in the last twenty years and is the perfect place to escape and enjoy long walks and days on the beach.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors with a large kitchen, sitting room, utility room, shower room and snug on the ground floor; four bedrooms, a family bathroom and principal en-suite on the first floor.

The house has a gravel driveway, which is completely enclosed with plenty of room for three or four cars. On entering the front door you are welcomed into the stunning entrance hall with wooden floorboards throughout, with the kitchen straight ahead and sitting room, downstairs shower room and snug / tv room to the left. The kitchen at the rear has fabulous field views and is well equipped for rustling up delicious suppers. It has an island unit, a free standing five burner range cooker, a full height fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, wine fridge and microwave. The dining area has plenty of room for a large dining table, perfect for chatting and long family suppers. The utility room beyond the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and air dryer, there is also door leading out to the garden. The sitting room has a comfortable corner sofa and two arm chairs arranged around the wood burning stove and a wall mounted smart television with all round sound. There is a separate snug perfect for teenagers, or as a quiet spot to read a book or watch a film. The breakfast room leads through a pretty courtyard garden.

A wonderful bespoke wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, which has four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The principal bedroom has fabulous views looking out over the fields, a king size bed, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. There is even a sitting area with armchairs and a coffee table, which is ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee. The en-suite shower room has a walk in shower, two hand wash basins and loo. The second bedroom on the same side of the house overlooks the rear garden and has twin beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. On the other side of the landing, overlooking the front are two further bedroom. One contains a king size bed, bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom opposite has a double bed with bedside tables and clothes hanger/storage. The family bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower, a hand wash basin and loo.



Outside

There is unrestricted parking on the gravel driveway at the front and is part laid to lawn.

At the rear, the pretty garden is extensive field views and is laid to lawn and also has a paved area outside the kitchen with plenty of room for morning coffee and al fresco dining in the warmer months. The garden is completely secure with a walled garden surrounding the property, making it a fantastic family retreat whilst also being in the centre of a village.
