A perfect stay. Back after 40 years when this was a private house owned by friends. We were married here and had our ceremony at the Priory. So wonderful and a trip down memory Lane. Thank you so much for the welcome gifts and card that you have all left us too, such a wonderful welcome like a big hug from you all. Perfect Ruby wedding Anniversary xxx

We had a brilliant stay in Binham at Meadow House! The flat is absolutely superb - it is so thoughtfully put together, with lovely features and you can tell so much love and care has been put into it. It has everything you need and more, from beautiful crockery, to board games, books, tennis racquets and even bikes to use. We couldn't have asked for anything extra, and had such a comfortable stay. The location is just stunning, set in a beautiful manor house, looking out onto the fields and priory, very near to a lovely pub and excellent cafe. It is a perfect place to explore all of North Norfolk's charms: the vast sandy beaches, historical halls, quaint towns and villages and beautiful walks. We had a 5* stay and can't wait to be back again to this wonderful property.

A delightful location for a truly comfortable and relaxing break in beautiful Norfolk. The flat is immacuately presented with an unusually large floor space for a one bedroom property. Very easy to lounge around at the end of the day. Decorated tastefully and perfectly equipped to allow for self-catering. The little finishing touches were appreciated. The pub (next door) made us most welcome and The Parlour (just along from The Priory) serves the most amazing food and drinks. Only a few miles from the Norfolk coast and plenty to do, see and visit within a short drive. Definitely highly recommend a stay in Binham. We will be back!!
Binham has long been one of the most 'sought after' North Norfolk villages. It is very pretty and benefits from being just 5 miles inland from Wells-next-the-Sea and 7 miles from the lovely Georgian market town of Holt.
The village boasts a great pub, The Chequers Inn, a super village shop, petrol garage and is home to the famous ruins of Binham Priory, founded in 1091 by Peter des Valoines, a nephew of William the Conqueror.
Binham is also home to Abbey Farm Dairy who sell their absolutely delicious Raw Milk and other farm shop produce from The Little Dairy Shop situated next to the ruins. Why not take a stroll down to The Parlour, a lovely cafe in the Abbey Farm Dairy and just a 5 minute walk away.
There are also excellent pubs in the nearby villages of Warham, Wighton, Langham and Walsingham. Stiffkey Stores is excellent and described as a "general store/coffee shop/flowers and plants/children's and interiors and everything in between".
Walking Distance to The Chequers Pub: (1 min) Walking Distance to Howells Superstore: (1 min) Walking / Driving Distance to Langham: 45 mins walk / 10 mins drive (2 miles) Walking / Driving Distance to Stiffkey (and the coast): 1 hour walk / 10 mins drive (3.4 miles) Driving Distance to Holt and supermarket: 17 mins (7.3 miles) Driving Distance to Fakenham: 20 mins (9.9 miles)
